 Are you fully insured?

Yes, I am insured. My insurance follows me to any job-site.

Do you have a studio?

No, I have a complete portable setup for on-location photoshoots if needed.

How many photos can I expect from a real estate photoshoot?

A residential or commercial property photoshoot up to 2,000 square feet, will include interior/exterior photos all professionally edited with a minimum of 30 digital images and MLS ready.

A residential or commercial property photoshoot up to 3,000 square feet, will include interior/exterior photos all professionally edited with a minimum of 40 digital images and MLS ready.

A residential or commercial property photoshoot up to 5,000 square feet, will include interior/exterior photos all professionally edited with a minimum of 50 digital images and MLS ready.

Do I receive prints from the digital images?

No, you will be sent digital images. 

Do I have rights for printing and use of image?

Yes, there will be no copyright on the digital image.

How far do you travel?

There are no additional travel expenses for jobs within 35-miles of Southwick, Mass. Jobs less than $200 and exceeding 35-miles will be subject to an additional  per mile fee.

What if we need to cancel the photoshoot?

No problem, but please call at least 24-hours before the event. I realize things come up at the last minute.

How do I attach a virtual tour to my website?

 I will supply you with a link back to the tour, so all you need to do is insert the link in your website or social media account. 

How do I add a 360-degree photo to my social media account like Facebook?

You will receive a 360-degree formatted digital image, so you can just upload it to your Facebook page like a normal photo. Facebook will recognize the format and post it as a 360-degree image. 

How long does it take to send me my digital images?

I realize Realtors need the still photos as soon as possible, so I try my best to have a 24-hour turnaround time. Virtual tours for Realtors are a priority and are usually complete in 48-hours, others could longer depending on the complexity. Portraits and other photos usually in 48-hours. 

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the photoshoot. I accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
